Online Indiana 4-H Enrollment Instructions
Enrollment will be completed online at http://www.elkhartcounty4h.org/
A $15 non-refundable State Program Fee is due at the time of enrollment. This may be collected via credit card online. (Maximum $45 per family at the same address.)
Enrollment and payment fees are due by April 15, 2013.
**More information will be presented at the first Lamb Club meeting!**
- Choose "enroll in 4-H"
- One enrollment per member
- At one time select all of the 4-H clubs you want to join.
- You may make project additions and deletions at a later date.
- A paper enrollment option is available in the Extension Office and/or from your club leader.
- Club leaders will be notified of your enrollment.
- It is best if you connect with leaders before enrolling online to be sure you join a club that meets your needs.
- Enrollment is NOT completed until fees are paid and consent forms signed.

- Members wishing to pay via check or cash may select print for an invoice that you can bring to the Extension Office with payment. (Credit Cards cannot be accepted at the Extension Office.)
